My journey with therapy began in my early 20’s when I faced a personal crisis. A family member suggested therapy, and though I felt intimidated, I gave it a chance. It became the gift I didn’t know I needed.  Through a strong therapeutic relationship with my first therapist, I began to heal and transform, gaining a broader perspective.  Therapy felt like a light turning on in a dark room, offering emotional support, validation, and insight into negative patterns. With my therapist’s encouragement, I applied to graduate school, driven by the desire to facilitate the same transformation for others.

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I am honored to help my client’s on their journey.  I meet each person where they are, establishing safety and trust as we navigate the psyche together. My goal is to create positive change, guiding clients to experience the benefits of therapy.
